Rainbow Gum is actually the only of over 700 species of Eucalyptus with a natural range extending into the Northern Hemisphere. Certainly one of the loveliest tree trunks in the world, the colors are left as the bark peels away with yellows and greens from the freshly exposed portion and the reds and purples the oldest sections.
